Schedule a 30-minute virtual discovery session to:

You will have action items to help improve your current situation immediately! We will also know if we want to move forward. At that time, we can talk more about our next steps together.
After your session, if we move forward, we will meet for 12 individual virtual sessions over the course of 6 months.

In your first session each month, we’ll dive deep to understand where you are, where you want to be, and what’s holding you back. Then you’ll develop action steps to help you align with the person you want to be. The second session of each month provides accountability and encourages integration.
